Photopheresis / Plasmapheresis and Blood Administration Chg

I can charge a blood admin charge (CPT® 36430) to an account where the photopheresis (CPT® 36522) or the plasma pheresis (CPT® 36514) are already on the bill? This would be on outpatient accounts. Thank you

36430 can only be billed if unrelated to 36522 or 36514

I been getting Medicare denials for code 36514 as procedure does not meet established medical criteria for coverage. help
