Basal cell cancer of forehead

Procedure: Excision of basal cell cancer forehead. Excision of basal cell cancer was done repeatedly for negative margin and had skin grafting .

The original lesion was 14 mm. Frozen section was done Overall the re-excision of the margins x 4 .

Skin was harvested from thigh which was 3cm in diameter
