Medicare Rates for CPT codes 64470 & 64472

The 2009 Medcare physicians fee schedule included rates for CPT code 64470 Injection; Paravertebral facet joint or facet joint nerve; cervical/thoracic, single level as well as the add-on code 64472. They do not appear in the 2010 Medicare physician fee schedule listing recentky released. I do not see any indication thery were deleted. Where did they go?

These codes are deleted for 2010. The new codes for facets are 64490 thru 64495.
