Help with Dialysis Please!!!!!!!!!

Hello Everyone

Can someone please let me know if we can bill inpatient follow ups with
90960
90961
90962
90966

We are receiving denial from Medicare that inpatient E&M codes 99223 and 99233 cannot be billed in the same month when we are billing 90960 or 90961 or 90962 or 90966 in that month.
