Allergic reaction code

We had a patient that works in a lab come in for a work related injury. It seems that whenever she put on a PAPR (powered air purified respirator)mask within a few minutes she would get a red face and her eyes would become slightly pink. It would also affect her breathing (making her cough). I tried submitting the claim withg Diagnosis code 995.3 (Allergy, allergic reaction), as well as 786.2 persistent cough. These did not work with the insurance company. Can you, perhaps come up with a better diagnosis to use?

Thank you

What do you mean?

"Did not work" What CPT® did you use? Those are valid ICD's. (Not sure where cough fits with the history you give)
