IP Hospital billing Ventilator Mgmt and Oxygen same DOS

We are being audited and are being told that we should not be billing for Vent Mgmt and oxygen on the same date of service. That the 02 is an integral part of the ventilator. This does not seem correct to me. They reference the Provider Reimbursement Manual from CMS.

What codes are you billing? Are you billing for facility or physician?

Billing for facility. For Inpatient Facility claims we do not have to bill with CPT® codes.
