To answer this question one would need the final placement of catheter tip for carotids/cerebral. This is complex coding. For example: Let's say the report showed Right and left common carotids (36216-RT, 36215-59-LT and 75680-26), with right and left subclavians (selective) 36218, 36215-59, 75716-26, and vertebral views 75685-26 (x2). If performed and interpreted the Aortic arch is 75650-26 and the cerebrals views are 75671-26.
