Hi,
We have billed the CPT® S4989(Dx 2511- INTRAUTERINE COPPER CONTRACEPTIVE ) to BMC HEALTHNET - HEALTH NET PLAN (MEDICAID HMO). They have denied the claim as CPT® is invalid or not acceptable by the payer. Can i get assistance how we can get payment for this code.
