Diagnosis code V53.7 in ED for cast change?

Pt comes to ED for cast change because it's too tight. I'm thinking this is coded V53.7 because it's a cast issue not fx care i.e. no fx diagnosis code. Does anyone have an opinion? Thanks very much.
