Need Modifier

Hello,

We billed these Procedures 99308, 99310 in same day and Diagnosis 276.1 used and we got payment for PROC 99310 and another PROC 99308 denied as non covered charges. what i do..
can we use Modifier or not if can i use modifier which one is better to get Payment.
Any one Help me... your response greatly appreciated...

These two codes cannot be billed together under any circumstance. You may need to review the code definition as well as the guidlelines.
