If we only did a pelvic exam on a Medicare patient, can we use G0101?

G0101 must include the clinical breast exam and a total of 7 of the 11 exam elements

Pelvic exam alone would be billed as an E&M code with appropriate documentation.

Is it pelvic that is part of a visit for a complaint? Abnormal bleeding, etc? Then, it is part of the E/M.

If it is a screening service (not problem related) and has the required elements, yes, G0101.
