Repair of paracolostomy hernia

Hello,

How would you code for a repair of a paracolostomy hernia, not sure if provider will be revising the colostomy. I come up with CPT 44346 is this correct? He is also doing 49560 with 49568.

if the surgeon performed revision of colostomy with repair of paracolostomy hernia, then code 44346 is appropriate. if two separate and distinct hernias were repaired (Parastomal and ventral), then report code 49560-51. If mesh was used for ventral hernia repair, assign code 49568 as an add-on code.
