ICD 10 Training

I am trying to watch the ICD10 training videos. I am getting an error "sorry because of its privacy settings this video cannot be played here" Is there a setting that needs to be changed? What do I need to do the view them?

We're not aware of any privacy settings preventing anyone from viewing the videos on Codapedia's servers.

With that said, there are situations where a company or organization prevents video streaming as a matter of employee policy, or you may have strict browser settings on your computer preventing streaming media.

As a test, please visit Vimeo.com and see if you can play any of the videos there. If not, then you have a local problem with policy or browser settings. If you can play the movies at Vimeo.com, please post back and we'll try to help.

I see that another member,rodgjo sent a message on 9/15/2013 with the same problem so I thought there make be a "fix" to the problem. I will go to the Vimeo.com and see if I am able to view. Thank you.

I went to Vimeo.com and was able to access videos there. Not sure what the problem is with accessing the training on codapedia.

your LOCAL servers/system probably have imposed a limitation (security-wise, or space-wise) on what you can access; or, conversely, there is insuffient bandwidth to access the video through that method.
