The Processing time for Form 855B for reactivating facility info.

Hi There,

I work for a MA based facility, it is a group practice. a month ago Medicare informed us that your PTAN is invalid, we called them & they said you need to send us Form 855B asap as your PTAN is deactivated & soon your payments will be stopped. They have confirmed that they have received our form & they asked for some missing information, which they said they have received on 04.06.10.
So kindly let me know how long they will take to setup our information, i expect them to start paying from between May10th to May 20th.
