When applying a cast (Adult short arm fiberglass cast 29075/Q4010) If we use 2 rolls of fiberglass material can we bill Q4010 x 2.

Billing per roll or per cast is going to depend on the given payer and your office’s practices. Medicare has stated that the Q Codes are per cast (not rolls).
