Welcome to Medicare physical

I used g0344 as my CPT and my clearinghouse indicated this is not a valid CPT code. Does anyone know if it has changed? If so what is it, I got this off the Medicare website.

G0344 was replaced with G0402 as of 01/01/09.

I'm sorry Ann the code is GO402. It changed Jan of 2009. I looked in my computer system and looked up the wrong code. I apologize.
