Excision coding

Need input regarding correct coding of this excision.

Our patient presents with a "7mm cystic lesion of the penile shaft". The Physician performs an excision of the lesion and documents as follows: "Elliptical excision of 7 mm cystic lesion from the penile shaft, closure of resulting in 1.5cm defect in single layer with sutures of 5.0 Prolene."

The Dx used is 238.2.
