Angiovac suction embolectomy

Does anyone know a CPT® procedure code to go with Angiovac suction embolectomy to address RA/IV thrombus. I have never seen this before and have no idea what CPT® code to use for this. Can anyone help so that I can bill for claim.

Percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy is submitted under codes 37184-37188 depending on the vessel(s) treated and the time of trmt during course of therapy. We perform thrombectomies via Angiovac all the time for many of our clients. Embolectomy codes depend on a number of things. Really need to see a report or have more details before I could suggest additional codes.
