95180 asa desensitaization billed per unit.. I need help on charge

Any Help Would Be Great! I am billing 95180. Medicare allowable is $146.86. If I do the calculations and times that amount by 150% of Medicare allowable our charge is around $225.00. This code 95180 requires to charge each hour as 1 unit. Generally the test can take between 6 to 8 units. Would my total charge actually be $225.00 x 8 units= $1800.00???? Or does the TOTAl charge be $225.00 for all 8 units? Meaning does the Medicare allowable of $146.86 cover all 8 units? Hopefully this makes sense. I am under the gun to get this claim out and I have never billed for this particular code. Any help would be great. My apologies for all caps in last email. Thanks

1 hour is 1 unit of service. Your fee per hour is multiplied by numer of units billed and documented.
