Additional Training

Does anyone know of any training courses for COSC and the CDEO certifications from the AAPC. I have contact the AAPC, Precyse, AAOS and so many more, but no one has any additional advice. Everyone has online, but I am one of the few individuals that do better one on one. I would like an onsite class, but I am not sure those exist anymore.

Can anyone help me or have any suggestions?
