We were not paid for 99396. We also billed for a flu shot (90471) This was also not paid.

So what's the question? What were the denial reasons? Did you have a modifier attached to the prev? Was the patient the correct age? What was the insurance company? There are too many variables to help you w/o knowing more information.

Also 90471 is the administration code that you bill for in addition to the vaccine code.
