New to coding peripheral cases (stent angioplasty atherectomy

I am new to coding peripheral cases and I'm not sure what or how to decipher the doctors note to code the cases properly.

Does anyone know of maybe a seminar or website specifically on the codes used. Any information or help would be greatly appreciated.
