Difference 94010 & 94375

I need to know the difference between 94010 & 94375. WHat makes them different from eachother. I am understanding 94010 is a simple spirometry. My PFT tech stated 94375 is the simple spirometry. I have read the CPT® book, but 94375 is not too clear. Can someone please tell me the difference between both procedures?
