Does anyone know why I would have problems getting the ligation of hemorrhoids paid. I used diag 455.0

They can be coded together. I can not see a reason why they would be denied. Did you use a 51 modifier on the 2nd procedure?

Yes I used a 51 modifier. Wonder if it could be the diagnosis.
