MVA while pregnant

have a female patient who on 6/1/15, 7 weeks pregnant had an MVA. was at ETC same date, now comes to Urgent Care on 6/2/15 with complaint of rib and back pain, no bruising or noticeable signs. Doc uses 724.5 and 786.50 as DX. Long HPI and CC of MVA with description of accident and what was struck in this head-on collision, seat belt on, head and shoulder struck inside of car. would this be appropriate coding for DX: 648.93, 959.11, 959.19, E819.1?

Hi, happen to have ICD-10 mapping book open, Optum 2014. The 648.93 translates to the 09A.5xx group with description "psychological abuse complicating pregnancy,.."
