[Infusaid pump installed in ambulatory surgery for a patient with liver cancer. The right subclavian vein was cannulated without difficulty and the guidewire apssed centrally. The subcuatenous tunnel and pocket was then created and the catheter passed through the tunnel. The central venous catheter was placed and connected through to the secured pump. The pump was filed with chemotheraphy agent provided by the hospital and the patient was observed for adverse reaction and then discharged home.

I can't come up with the right CPT® codes for this. I tried 36563, 96416 and 36558, 96522.
