Wrist xray

I bill for ER doctors and am finding a diagnosis to link to a wrist xray that the MD interpreted. Patient came into the ER with pain in his hand after punching a wall and his final dx iis contusion of hand. Patient has no pain or any complaints of the wrist. Can the contusion of the hand be linked to the wrist xray?
