blood draw via port

Patient comes in for labs only. The patients port is accessed to obtain the blood and the port is flushed with heparin after the labs are drawn.

What would the appropriate charges be for scenario?

Bill either the flush (96523) which has the slightly higher RVU value, OR the draw (36591). Do *NOT* bill the heparin.
