PQRI is now known as PQRS (Physician Quality Reporting System). The CMS page with all of the information is https://www.cms.gov/PQRS/ . To participate the provider must be in PECOS and has to be a provider type that is on the list of Eligible Providers. For 2011 the bonus incentive paid for successful participation is 1% of the providers Medicare payments for the year. All of the information can be found at the link.
