What icd 9 code can I use for a 13 days old infant jaundice?

774.__ is the code for Neonate Jaundice. There is a fourth digit required; choosing 4th digit would be dependent on doctors documentation.

I work Pediatrics and I normally use:

774.6 "Unspecified fetal and neonatal jaundice" and occasionally
774.2 "Neonatal jaundice associated with preterm delivery"
