Vasovagal reaction to contrast

Being that I am new coder I am kinda of at a loss. Pt was seen in the Er after being administered contrast for testing and began vomiting shortly after. The Physician has given a dx for the ER visit as vasovagal reaction to contrast with emesis. I am not sure how to code this. I know reason for visit was the vomiting, but I am not sure after that. Help!!!
