urology coding question

How should I code the following procedure:
3 stones removed from left kidney -- upper pole, mid pole and lower pole.
Each stone was fragmented with holmium laser then the fragments removed with a stone basket. A double J stent was placed under fluoscopic guidance in the renal pelvis and bladder.

52352 LT - Cysto w/ ureteroscopy w/ stone basket removal

Maybe? I usually code office visit urology and do a little surgery coding.
