94375 - inconsistent with palce of service

I am a hospitalist biller and one of my physicians bills a 94375 that is always being denied for the professional interpretation. The denial I get is "Inconsistent with place of service". The doctor is billing as a clinic. I have used the modifier -59 and it is still denied. Any ideas?
