Hi, If a consult (99254) or admit (99223) done along with the ICU (99291) on the same dos (i.e, 99254 and 99291 or 99223 and 99291) then which modifier should be used and for which CPT® code?
If 99254 and 99223 are done on the same day, then which modifier should be used and for which code (99254 or 99223)
