Skull Based Crani Codes

Physician states:

OPERATIVE PROCEDURE:
1. Left pterional craniotomy with orbital cranial skull base approach with clipping of left supraclinoid communicating segment internal carotid artery aneurysm.
2. Use of operating microscope.
3. Posterior orbital reconstruction.
4. Intraoperative indocyanine green angiography.
5. Exenteration and packing of the left frontal sinus.

Two part question:

1) Is there a skull based approach and definitive procedure code(s) that would be appropriate? I can see using an approach code but the definitive procedure codes all state "resection or excision" which he did not technically do if he clipped the aneurysm, right? The way he words his approach makes me think he wants to use a skull based approach code.

2) Would the exenteration/packing of the sinus be considered inclusive?

Thanks for any direction given.
