Aspiration code

Our patient has a diagnosis of Achilles tendonitis with what the Provider describes as "a huge amount of Calcium in the Left Achilles tendon".

The provider performed an aspiration (with 1% Lidocaine) of Calcium from the Achilles tendon under sono guidance. He noted that he did get some out and hopefully broke up the rest.

I am confused as to what CPT® to use for this procedure. Any suggestions?
