Pt had Health Plus Senior and he came in for knee inj. Doc did arthrocentesis on both knees for 12 mg each knee. So, I have to use :
20610 x 1 unit
20610-50 mod. x 1 unit
J1100 x 24 units for both drugs. Is this correct?

Looks good. If Medicare, use 20610-50 (Unit 1). Other payers may want 20610, 20610-59; or, 20610-RT, 20610-Lt.
