It was three until April 1st. Now supposedly more since the MUE was relaxed, but it's still a secret. SHHH

yes thats the problem, someone in my office just added modifier 59 to all amounts of MUE's. Are you thinking that in the entire country no one knows the answer???

CMS knows. I would be surprised if it was greater than four, though.
