Thoracotomy for Paravertebral Tumor

A neurosurgeon and a vascular surgeon performed this surgery together. However, no spinal elements were resected. Any ideas on CPT® codes? I can't find a thoracotomy code that includes non-lung tumor resection, so I don't know if it is best to code thoracotomy for expl (32100) with soft tissue tumor code (i.e. 21556) or something else.
