Billing guidelines for CPT® 29806 and 29820 together

Can I bill CPT® 29820 and 29806 both together in the same sitting? Please let me know the billing guidelines as per year 2012.

Using Find-A-Code's CCI edits you can see 29806 is may be reimbursed with 29820 if an NCCI-Associated modifier is appropriate and used. Such as
- 59 Distinct procedural/service
- 51 Multiple procedures

The procedures capsulorrhaphy and synovectomy would be considered bundled as both were done Arthroscopically and perhaps in the same session/incision and cannot be billed together if the above modifiers are not applicable.
