95921 & 95922

Does any one know why Medicare not paying 95921-59 -MOD & 95922-59 . we were paid fine when we billed the CPT® together with 59 Modifier in 2013

Hi,

As per the recent updated CCI edits for this year 2014 both procedures 95921 and 95922 cannot be billed together. Code 95922 is bundled into 95921 and cannot be billed with 95921 and edit rule applies to this procedure.
