Bundling issue with CPT® 36415

We are receiving denial from Aetna for the CPT® code 36415 stating CPT® 36415 will be denied, if we billed with lab codes even though submitted with 59 Modifier for 36415.
Please be kind enough to provider us an update regarding the above.

Are you a lab or POS 22? Are you billing this with an office visit? Need more information in order to help.

Our POS is 11. Yes we are billing the CPT® 36415 with office visit, but not always..

what is the correction, if CPT® 36415 bundled with Lab codes ?
Also, is there any guidelines to view regarding this ?
