Regarding E&M servive?

I have certain doubts in E&M services because i am new to this chapter i am seeking some guidance on below mentioned doubts. It will be me useful for me to develop my knowledge and learn more.

* What are all we can accept as additional work up planned and we can consider 4 points in Table A?


* In an initial Inpatient and observation settings consultation has been done and consultation dosen't warrants what to do?

* what is same day surgery concept?
