99214 on Tuesday 66821 yag on Wednesday Blue Cross

I have read all the comments, not sure some read as yes, some no.
Patient here today saw Ophthalmologist, we have her scheduled for Yag surgery on Wednesday, can I bill these out? will they bundle?

Yes, you can bill them out, however, you would add modifier -57 to the 99214 as that was when the decision was made to perform the yag cap.
