Annual ROS

When billing annuals in commercial plans, is their a specific ROS and specific definition of complete examination in order to meet requirements in ate of an audit.

For example, if in ROS, I don't ask for new rashes or changes in mole or in exam I don't examine occipital lymph nodes.

Will I meet their minimal documentation requirements to meet physical billing codes.
