19125 versus 19301???

Does the documentation below support "excision with margins" elevating this procedure from biopsy 19125 to 19301?

.......breast tissue was circumferentially taken
around the wire at the beginning of the thin and thick portion of the
wire down to the tip of the wire. It was passed off the table to be sent
to radiology. Radiology confirmed that the microcalcifications were
successfully retrieved.
