Tracheostomy Tube Replacement

A patient's tracheostomy tube came out from violent coughing. When the MD inserts a new tube, is that considered 31500 or 31502. I'm not entire certain of when to use 31502.

31500 is for emergency/crisis situations. 31502 is only for a complicated tube change before the "tract" has healed. Most "routine" trach tube changes will be inclusive of a visit charge.
