CPT® code 20605 attempted aspiration
Good morning, Is it correct to report CPT® 20605 for a wrist aspiration where MD did not get any fluid? I would use -52 if it's correct to report it at all. Thank you

I would not add the modifier 52 because he did perform the procedure.
