drug testing codes CPT® 2015

since we cannot use 80102 and 80103 what codes can we use? can a G code be used? Is the 803.. to be used? Thanks

Thanks for the document.
I have a question about one of the deleted codes- 83877 Nicotine, (pg. 17) in my current CPT® 2014 (haven't updated yet) the code for nicotine is 83887- I just want to clarify that it is possibly a typo? and if the provider of the document should be notified for a correction.
