explore wound coding

Our doctor "explored" an open wound toe under anesthesia without finding and foreign body to remove. This was in the doctor office non-complicated.. I can't find a code that doesn't include removal of foreign body. Would we just code as a higher office visit, or is there a code to use. thanks
